We absolutely loved working with everyone at Wormald when we built our home. We talked with other builders in the area and checked their reviews before meeting with Courtney and Jen at Beallair. They made a fantastic first impression of the team and everyone we met after we decided to build was just amazing. Corey and Zak managed the build and gave us a great feeling of confidence. Kerry and Eva at the design studio were great to work with to get our house just perfect. And, Leah and the team that completed the purchase transaction were super helpful. We looked forward to the weekly photographs once construction started were our weekly treasured email. Could not be happier with the house. Wormald built our dream home.

We are the current owners of a newly built home at the Grove community, and we want to share an important issue for anyone considering buying a Wormald house. The builder installed a basic entry-level air conditioning unit (model GA5SAN442-A) directly above a bedroom ceiling. This unit runs loudly, with noticeable humming and vibrations, especially at night when it cycles on and off. It’s extremely disruptive for anyone trying to sleep underneath it. This system is not designed for quiet, indoor comfort—especially not above bedrooms or other living areas. If you’re thinking of buying a home here, MAKE SURE YOU HEAR THE A/C RUNNING ABOVE ANY BEDROOM BEFORE YOU BUY. Ask what model is being installed and confirm that you’re okay living with the noise. Replacing it later can cost thousands

We picked out a lot at Rosehaven with Wormald homes. Construction process was explained perfectly and the process was great. The project managers are dedicated to delivering a beautiful home and explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend Wormald homes and i would buy from them again.

If I could give this company no stars I would. We went with Wormald as we were told they were one of the best non-custom builders in Maryland. I love my home, but their workmanship is awful. First, we had a leak in our roof due to the fireplace outbound pipe not being sealed correctly. This was just a month or so after the warranty period, but we still had to argue to get someone out to look at it. Next, Wormald nailed drywall into pipes in the kitchen--slow leaks that went on for years and eventually showed through our cabinets. We called them. They refused to do anything and blamed the cabinet contractor for the holes. They were nails to secure drywall, not cabinets. We had to go through our insurance company (who I hope went after Wormald's insurance company). Long and short of it, we

I got the same issue today than my Neighbour . It is a mistake from Wormald but they do not want to take responsibility of it. They forgot to insulate the pipes! Yep. I did. Did it flood your second floor? It was determined ($900 later) that Wormald did not insulate the out side spigot in the wall and the pipe froze and burst over the winter. I correctly winterized the faucet, but Wormald ran my pipe in a Z formation so water sat in pipe, froze and burst the pipe. So fricking annoying. They didn’t want to pay for repairs, but I took pics of the plumping pipe which wasn’t insulated to outside wall and documented everything so they eventually paid. Ugg I’m so sorry this happened to you guys 🥺😖 The clean up was not fun. Took me all day 😔
