The Woods at Blairville

The complex is very quiet and well maintained. Hailey and Randy in the office are always helpful and kind. They are always working on fixing things and Maintenance always comes within 24 hours of submitting a request. The location is excellent and the majority of the people who live in the complex are wonderful! No complaints at all!

Excellent. Beautiful, well maintained grounds and buildings. Clean, well marked and maintained parking, nice community room. Nice apartments with plenty of storage. Quiet. Helpful, outgoing staff.

The experience of renting here was great, can't speak about living here yet as my dad moves in next month. But compared to other apartment/townhouse complexes, they were responsive and quick to help.

I have lived here for about a year now and have had a wonderful experience! I just renewed my lease and moved to a bigger unit because we love the community so much. Any issues with maintenance in our unit have always been immediately resolved! Both the units we lived in have been up to date. Randy (the property manager) is always a pleasure to work with and beyond helpful. The property is always clean and well kept. An added bonus is the pool, playground, and walking path around the complex! The nasty reviews are probably from those who couldn’t afford their rent because we have had nothing but a great experience!

Love living here. Been here for awhile. 18 yrs. Management is very nice & caring. Maintenance men are wonderful & get the work order(s) done in a timely manner. Love the neighbors that I have near me. It's a very nice place to live. Great club house to host a birthday party also. Thank you Woods at Blairville for all you do!
