The Woods at Alderwood – Toured by Judy. As a new Washington State resident coming from New Jersey, I was impressed by how welcoming and comfortable this community felt right away. Beautiful property with amazing amenities, clean and well-maintained. The location is also a huge plus—very accessible to nearby stores and essentials. Overall, a great experience!

Not to mention that amenities would be great. However, I realized one can't have everything...OR COULD WE!? WOW, I've never seen a rental property that has the accommodations The Woods offers...anywhere, period ! One visit is all it takes to see what I can not articulate in a single review. 10/10. I’ve loved living here so far! The entire complex is kept really neat. I’ve noticed compared to other complexes, the hallways always smell fresh, are clean, and the air is cool. It’s also very quiet in the complex, and all appliances work well. Plus, it’s in a convenient location. The leasing office is also communicative and kind, and there are plenty of community events.

Thank you for the tour. It was really nice. Jane was really friendly and respectful. She made the whole process very comfortable and easy. Everything was explained clearly, and she took her time to answer all of my questions in detail. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the positive attitude she brought to the meeting. Jane is by far one of the best leasing managers I have met. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and did an excellent job showing me around the property. The way she presented everything made a strong impression on me and left me with a very positive experience. Overall, the tour went perfectly, and I want to thank Jane again for her outstanding service.
