The Woodlands

We lived here for about 11 months, and overall it was a good experience. I'll add many photos (a lot with my dog as the model, because he's the reason I took most of these photos at the complex). They're over the course of our time here from the fall of 2024 to late summer of 2025. I think you can pick up the overall vibe of living here from them. The buildings are definitely on the older side and there’s no built-in air conditioning, which can make the summer months a bit warm—but that’s easily solved with a standalone or window unit. The maintenance team has always been quick to respond and very friendly. I wanted to share my experience with the woodlands office team to anyone looking for a great community, this is IT! The community itself is clean, upkept, and small which I think is great. Nick was a tremendous help as he is who originally toured with my fiancé and I, and when we returned Maddie was impeccable as she is who we were I contact with via telephone when we decided to make the move! Both Nick and Maddie made this is no brainer, the actual apartment themselves are amazing, spacious, finishes are beautiful, the amenities are great, and what really stood out to us was the office team (Nick and Maddie), super kind, helpful, and seemed to actually care to help no matter how big or small our questions were. I've lived at the Woodland Apartments for five years and have never been more disappointed with my choice of where to live. The maintenance is absolutely the worse! I'm too ashamed to have friends visit because of the condition of the apartments! The maintenance guys do their best to fix this aging property but everything is old and outdated. Greystar does the least amount of cleaning to save money for their shareholders ! I'm 76 years old and on a fixed income it's hard to afford to move. Anyone looking for a new place don't waste your time looking here.

Although I’ve only been at the Woodlands for less than a week I LOVE my new home and believe it or not, the staff/management have been a big part of the experience. Paige N. went above/beyond and was amazingly patient with all the ups and downs of this particular situation and as stressed out as I was Paige walked me through it all. Can’t recommend this place enough so far.

We just moved in and this property is already so wonderful! Maddi was incredibly helpful and kind, answering all our questions and helping us with the move in process. The apartments have a ton of space and are really nice! The grounds outside are also very nice looking and well kept. Very happy with our decision to move here
