This place when I moved in 3 years ago was worth it since it was split with roommates. 3b3bath for $1800. The amenities were fantastic and they were also blinding to the day to day living conditions. So here we go... They have increased the rent year over year since we been there and it officially is not worth it. The apartment has not changed it has not been updated for 3 years so it is the same as day one and they are trying to rent it for the 2024 year for $2450. You do the math of the rent increase in 3 years. Never mind its, $650... this place is not worth it. There are plenty of other places with identical amenities and commutes for equal or less money, and for better conditions. (Lakeside, Terrace Green, City Walk, Beacon, 29 Central & The Towns). Details below. I lived in the Elm

An excellent place to live is one that offers not just comfort and safety, but also a strong sense of community, access to essential amenities, and a high quality of life. Whether it’s a peaceful suburb, a vibrant city center, or a scenic coastal town, the best places to live combine convenience, culture, and opportunity. Outstanding customer service enhances this experience even further—it’s the bridge between residents and the services they rely on. Exceptional customer service means being responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It’s about making people feel heard, valued, and supported, whether they’re moving in, seeking help, or simply enjoying what their community has to offer. When a place pairs livability with top-tier customer service, it becomes more than just a home—it b

The area is gorgeous, and my dog absolutely loved it. However, this place is way too expensive. The quality of the apartments doesn't match the exorbitant pricing for rent. Utilities aren't included in rent, either. The walls are thin, and if you have upstairs neighbors you'll hear every step they take. The staff is very hit-or-miss when it comes to responding to email correspondence, and it feels like any issues you bring forward are waved off. Unless you plan to use the amenities on a regular basis, its just not worth the money.

Love this place. Great staff, attentive, maintenance is always on time, rent is reasonable and it’s always well maintained.

This place is a joke. I lived here with 2 other roommates. For 2 years. I can’t imagine paying their “luxury” price for an apartment here. It is such a beautiful property. but the maintenance is terrible and they charge so many extra fees for fixing things in your apartment. I got charged $90 for them to unclog my shower and it was not even from me. Mold grows like crazy in all of the showers and toilets. Also the trash gets so filled up fast and people will throw their trash to the side and make a huge mess. Also the management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Don’t bother calling they never answer and when you speak to them finally they are no help at all always just say it’s in the contract… Also break ins to cars happen all of the time. Got emails constantly about cars getting brok
