The Woodlands Of Arlington

We’ve lived here for almost two years and are very satisfied. One of the best things is the maintenance! We call and they arrive within a couple of hours, night and day and weekends. Jose Guardado has been here several times ( it’s an older property) and is clean and efficient. They all are! The office staff is polite and they host fun events for the residents. There are two saltwater pools on the property that are kept in pristine condition amid the landscaping is beautiful. When we moved in , I needed some handicapped bars and they put them up exactly where I asked for them. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Glad we rent here!!

By far my favorite apartment complex in Arlington. I lived here with my friends for a year and a half and we had barely any complaints, and the few we did have management resolved quickly and efficiently. Nice little area with the Tom Thumb grocery store, the library, and the amazing Jay Jay Cafe in a walkable distance, I would live here again if I ever found myself in Arlington again. Parking was plentiful, which was a major plus for me because I got off work extremely late and it was always frustrating at other places I've lived to have to walk halfway across the complex to go to bed.

Been living here for the past 5 months. Location is great, management is great, my only big complaint is the roachesss! I see 1-2 everyday at this point :/

I lived in this location for the past 3 years, in a studio apartment. The layout is great and optimizes the small space. The closets are so large for the small space. The location is amazing being close to so many stores and in walking distance to a public library. The staff have always been so so nice and helpful.

I just renewed my lease in April. Not because I wanted to but because nothing else was available. Also the move in fees was so ridiculous. I almost feel obligated to stay just so I don't feel completely ripped off. I will start with the good. It is nice and quiet and clean. The staff is nice enough. But now let's get to the reason why I wouldn't give this place a 5 stars. All of the cabinets are covered in thick brown paint. Everything else seems to be covered in thick white paint. The floors are made of some type of cheap material. Every time I move a chair or furniture it tears or leave a hole in it. Also beware of additional monthly fees. READ and make sure you understand ALL of the fees. We are forced to use their platform to pay the rent. I paid my rent on the 2nd of the month their
