The Windham Apartments

I am very pleased as a resident for 10 years at Windham apartments with my current Property Manager and Maintenance (Chantel & Michael) of Windham Apartments. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere that Windham staff has restored in our community. The new management has come in and hit the ground running with new ideas in landscape, interior and exterior design, as well as community involvement such as installing a free coffee machine for residents as they enter and for those leaving the community. Windham has changed the way we live. The community has become more involved in monthly activities through new ideas from entertainment to forum discussion, merely simplifying the way we relate to each other with our intranet thanks to the Windham staff. Unfortunately, the management is not honest in renting the units. I saw a studio available for rent on their website and booked an appointment. I went on the date and met Amber Delano. I told her that I wanted this particular studio and she told me that it was available. She contacted her manager by phone to ask her about this studio, then she told me that her manager agreed to let me rent this studio and she told me that she would send me papers to sign and send them again, and after I signed these papers And when I sent it, I was surprised that the next day she sent me a message saying that this studio had been rented to someone else. Is this reasonable? In fact, it was a bad experience for me. Why did they ask me to sign the papers if the studio was not available and was already rented?

Not only is the Apartment building super cool and historical, but the manager is awesome! She got me in super quick and did her best to make the experience as painless and smooth sailing as possible. My apartment is adorable and I'm so happy I have the Windham to call Home.

Home sweet home 🥰🥰 I lived here from 2007-2016. The first place I ever felt like myself! My first apartment and first home! This building will always have my heart! I started my ceramics business on the floor of 408. I also lived in 304 and 608! My rent was only $545 for my studio when I moved in. And I only ever paid as much as $750. So grateful for this building. I really grew up here 🥰

We've lived here for a year and a half and are pleased. After our first year, there was a management change, and the new manager has fixed the elevator, the intercom, and the washing machine room. He also repainted the outdoors and many of the walls. He's willing to work with you and stay in communication with you. He seems to really care. We are so happy to be here now and afford to live downtown.
