The Willows at Wesmont Station

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the information I received during my recent application process. I was asked to complete an application for a three-bedroom unit. However, when I contacted your office, I was informed that no three-bedroom units were available. This was confusing, as a friend of mine contacted your office separately and was told that three-bedroom units are available. This inconsistency has caused me concern and made me feel that applications may be handled differently depending on the person, which I hope is not the case. I respectfully request a clear explanation regarding: • The availability of three-bedroom units • How applications are reviewed and assigned • Who is the appropriate supervisor or department responsible for handling such matters I

I do not recommend this place. Yes, it is visually appealing, comfortable, and the maintenance team is professional—with peoperty manager being particularly empathetic—but the neighbors make life extremely difficult. The apartments are so poorly soundproofed that even flushing the toilet can lead to complaints or people banging on your ceiling. And I’m not referring to parties, loud music, or dancing. They will bang on the ceiling or confront you outside without any real reason, often during regular daytime hours—not during quiet hours. I would also like to add that office representative called me at 1:30 PM because my downstairs neighbor claimed she couldn't sleep during the day, supposedly someone "stomping" in my apartment . Updated my review as it was 6 years ago when 1st did when there wasn't much in neighborhood at that time. But never was a bad place to live. Now it is great place to live, Management is available when needed, Office Staff is friendly , Maintenance is proficient, things are done in a timely matter and done correctly if needed. Residents in Willows and neighbors in other complexes around are friendly, area is safe to live, have a recreational field right next to complex, NJ Transit Train Station is across way and up on Blvd. Express buses available to NYC. Also close to NJ Highways and NJTurnpike. Location is excellent for shopping not far from NJ Malls, Walmart,CVS, Shoprite Aldis etc. Also, close to good Hospitals and Schools. I would and have recommended to live here.

Great place to live. So quiet and neighbors are very nice. Lived here 4 years now, and very happy. Management is always ready to assist. Have little events for the kids and families around the holidays. So close to train, and looking forward to the completion of the Rec center.

I loved living here. These are not low income but affordable. I am a probation officer and feel 100 percent safe. These are hard working families living here.
