The Willows at Roxbury (River Park Village)

Today the entire community filled with garbage everywhere !!! Snow removal at the Willows is horrible Especially for the disabled residents.the community roads are horrendous & handicap parking are worse !! See video!!

I lived here 28 years as July of 2025 and have had good and bad experiences. Starting off with the bad: unannounced visits inside my apartment, missing personal objects and handling of same. Unfair treatment: Management have certain favorites that allow others to do what is against the Lease which the infraction is considered a violation. Revisiting unauthorized access: Once the problem is seemingly resolved the problem happens again and the situation continues and are ignored again. Instead of the tenant being the victim maintenance staff becomes or plays the victim role. No one has the right to ingress or egress a person's apartment. A person's home should be their haven and not a highway of outsiders coming in and out and then to add more stress have 8 to 10 inspections within 12 month

Moved in a few weeks ago, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about the property. The apartment is warm and cozy. Very homey, inviting feel. The ladies who work in the leasing office, Barbara and Theresa are fantastic. Just nice people in general and always very responsive with communication. (Phone and emails) Matt, the maintenance man is great as well. Funny, nice guy and promptly came to fix mine and my girlfriend's leaking toilet pipe last week. Five stars, would recommend!!

I’ve lived here 3 years, I love my apartment. The staff, although changed a lot lately, is very nice and helpful. The only complaint is that my heater breaks every single winter. They are always prompt to “fix” it but then it happens again. Besides a few trashy neighbors that should be evicted, it’s a great place to live. Update: my heater was completely replaced this winter and I’ve had no issues since.

We did not get to see the actual size of bedrooms in person before they asked for $100 to run a credit check. You should be allowed to see the unit before being pressured to start the application process. Make sure to see the size of apartments first, the floor plan looks great on the wall. You are the one who will live there. Our money was not offered back. "Ok sorry you won't be taking the apartment" Click , they hung up. Very disappointed with the properties way of handling their rental procedures.
