The Willows at Orchard Road

This place is cheap and poorly built. The layout makes no sense. A lot of wasted space. Storage is very limited! Small closets. They went through so many maintenance men and property managers. The worst was the inspection. They will go in your apt whether you were there or not. I felt so violated when they did that. Lawanda is a fast talker and a big-time liar! Beware of her! They also increased my rent by $400 dollars. How is that afforable?!?

Awesome community. Quiet. Apartment is spacious and was immaculate when I moved in. Well maintained. Sylmaris in the office is great to work with. I would appreciate assigned parking but that's more so I could be right in front of my apartment. There is always ample parking for tenants. Rigorous approval process to get in, which i believe it enables the best tenants who know how to value their space. Happy to be here! (Also great, safe community for kids to play - and they do! Outside enjoying themselves in good weather which is refreshing to see these days! My 8yr old son loves it here).

I applied for this apartment back in April 2022 and I asked numerous questions of how much do we need to make in order to qualify for this apartment. I kept calling them asking them what the requirements were in order to be considered. I received a letter to submit all of my documents paid the $50 application fee for them to say I don't qualify and I spoke with the project manager there and she said I need to make 4x the monthly rent as she was talking I was blocking her out because I felt played and scammed. Why didn't ya'll tell me this before? Ya'll can't scam people out of their money knowing they don't qualify. I'd respect it if ya'll were transparent but ya'll weren't. How is this a low income apartment if I need to make 4x of $1441.00/month? So that means I need to make $69,000 a y

Most unprofessional and inappropriate staff I’ve ever worked with. Steer clear from renting from this place at all costs. Office is full of liars and shammers.
