The apartments themselves are kind of mediocre and have the interior design of a unsalted stale potato chip. The complex is populated with an unreasonable amount of stray cats that we (including little kids) have came across their frozen corpses in the winter. I’ve saved a few but there is a lot of them and more every year. The dryers and washers don’t work well though each load costs $2-$2.50. Most recently I had my car break down and AAA Towed it to a parking spot and we weren’t able to push the car to a proper position due to the incline of the parking spot, so the next day I decided to push it into the uninhabited plot of grass temporarily in order to not take up the over crowded parking spaces. Which to my knowledge was ok because I’ve seen people park in the grass on the regular. But

Nice apartments at an affordable price in awesome Medford. The Medford Schools was the main reason I wanted to move to Medford, NJ. Housing in Medford is very expensive and at my income status I would not be able to afford living here. So Willows at Medford is a blessing, and the apartment management has always been gracious and helpful to me and my family. This place is awesome for my kids. The elementary school is visible from my apartment. The local library and local park are close by. The town of Medford has lots to offer with parades during Halloween and Christmas and fireworks display during 4th of July and many more. I love it here.

Awful! My air conditioner has been broke for over a month now, I have two young kids which both have asthma badly.. they give me a broken window unit.. it's been super hot lately and management and maintenance dont care, they never call u back when u leave a message , they dont show up when u have a scheduled appointment with them nor do they call and say they cant make it. Now here's the bad stuff, theres drug deals happening right out front of my apartment during the day when kids r getting off the buss, and sometimes at night... washer and dryers r gross, dryers never work, nor do the residents clean out the lint.. my security door to my building is never shut, which led to my apartment being broken Into while I was at work.. feels like I'm living in Camden, residents throw there tr

It is very clean, quiet and private here. The missing star is for no washer and dryer hook-up, but there is a facility on the property.
