Income based housing is supposed to help people who are struggling. I’m a single mother with a disabled child. How does the low tier cap at 36k and then the next tier starts at 62k?? How is that fair?? Where is the in between for people like me who need help?? These guidelines are an absolute joke. On top of that if you want to apply again and add a roommate you have to wait six months from the day you’re denied before you can submit another application . It took them a day to look over my stubs. How can I not give it one more try. I asked and they said no right away. Took me right off the waiting list I’ve been on for over a year.

I lived here for a little over a year. It was a mess and management was terrible. The apartment itself was very nice (it had never been lived in before us). Management spoke to us unprofessionally on multiple occasions. They seemed as if they had no clue what they were doing and any issues we had while living there were not handled properly if at all. A simple request to get a lock put on our bathroom door took 6 months to be completed. We had horrible neighbors that had made the shared hallway a mess with dog feces and food. Additionally their son had urinated off of their balcony onto ours ruining our furniture and absolutely nothing was done about it after multiple reports to management. (We were not the only people that had talked to management about these people). I would look elsewh

New management is very professional, listen to my complain and address it, they try to make the community safe and family friendly management team doing a great job. But we the people also have to help to keep our community safe for our family especially for the children. Only problem I have is to transfer to a bigger unit which seems so difficult while you already in a unit but I know that management don’t set the rule they always have to obey by it. Other from that great job 🫶🏽

When I reflect on what I have to be thankful for.One of the very first thoughts is Willows North and South.Willows is an amazing place filled with beautiful people of a very diverse community.Willows offers more than they could ever explain in advertising.I've, said it before and I'll say it again! I feel GOD'S HAND and protection here in this place.Willows is very clean! Kierra and her staff are amazing in their own respects.Everyone here wants and provides the same thing.Community Watch.Clean environment inside and out.Strong Law Enforcement presence,for the safety of children, elderly and so much more.Very pet friendly of All pets.Thank you so very much for allowing me and, Judge to being a part of this amazing Community.Pet Friendly to the HighAmen!est!
