Moving out next month after 3 years at The Willows. Was housed here through the Your Way Home program. Very affordable rent. The building is beautiful. My studio unit was very spacious and ADA accessible. Never once had an issue with the maintenance of my unit or management. Tiffany and Lisa in the office are wonderful. Raul works very hard at his job and is a pleasure to see around the building. Very grateful and happy to have called this place home for the past 3 years.
Apartments without heat for 6 weeks! It made the news!! Property management not taking care of residents as they should!
6 weeks no heat all residents should sue the property owner.
Fix the heat for the tenants, no one should be without heat for over 6 weeks in the winter
Currently on the waiting list, in the process of trying to hopefully move in soon with my family. (We live in New Jersey at the moment) Lisa and Tiffany from the leasing office both seem very helpful with the whole process, whenever we speak over the phone. Me and my family are scheduled to stop by the property next week, and we're praying all goes well. We are eager, and cautiously hopeful all goes well.
