This is a great newly constructed, family community, which opened in recent months and adds to NJ's inventory of affordable housing. You can walk down to the park, which the rear of this building borders (you can see the little league field from the back of Willows). Units in The Willows feature washers and dryers inside of the units and central air conditioning. However, there is a waiting list to live here. The property is a bit close to Route 130's Southbound lane, but the building sits perpendicular to the highway. There seems to be plenty of parking, though the building across from it, known as Birchwood at Cranbury, is not yet fully occupied. Birchwood, which is also managed by Ingerman Management Company, is a 55+ (age) community. Birchwood allows dogs, but does enforce a weight
Went back and forth for 4 months with this management, had everything they asked for and never got an answer or why they wouldn’t approve my application.
I live here.Nice apts.getin alittle expensive. Clean and taken care of..
