I have been living in The Mews at Collingswood aka The Willows for over for 13 years and have been on the waiting list for a 2 bedroom for 9 years. Yet they are moving people in from outside. Im a great tenant never any problems. I pay my rent and now when you call the office during business hours no ones there. You leave messages no one gets back to you. They wont tell you where you are on the waiting list. Yet they move people in but what about the people who live here and are waiting and have children and need space. Its definitely not the same here. Its a shame..
Smells really bad in this area I think it’s the dump near by. The unit was not upgraded much and person I spoke to was abrupt and snide. There where parking lots that had trash laying around near the garbage dumpsters. No thank you!
I’ve been living here over 6 yrs. It’s nice and quiet!!! Try to get on the waiting list, it might be a year of waiting but it moves kinda quick.
I love it I haven’t had any issue Kid Friendly Management are, well Respectful and understanding
Never had an issue with Management or Maintenance! Everyone responds in a timely and professional manner!
