The Willows at Clearfield

The manager was very helpful when I originally applied but unfortunately I was on the wait list for a year and a half and hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email since I can never get an answer on the phone and was advised I was removed 2 days ago “for failure to respond” to a letter that was sent to an old address. An email ,call,or voicemail would’ve gotten a prompt response from me. I can’t argue anyone’s policy but it is a shame for those who patiently wait just for the application to be thrown out and told I have to reapply and be put right back where I was a year and a half ago( the bottom of the list)

My sister n law recieved a letter about being next in line for a three bedroom and she called left messages and emails and no one ever reached out. Very disappointing especially for someone that is in need of a home and was excited to recieve that letter.

Sherrie, the property manager, has been amazing. There were a few hiccups with the process(not her doing) and she just rolled with the punches right along with me. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I look forward to many months here.

Just wanted to share my experience with the property manager.Ms.Sherrie was so helpful through out the whole process and aiding me and guiding me as a first timer.She took her time and definitely worked with me far as getting everything done in a time appropriate manner.Im so thankful for all of her help,she’s the best.

Just moved in a little over a week ago and we love our apartment! Almost everything brand new! Neighbors seem friendly. Tee at the leasing office is the best! She was very courteous and accommodating, even taking time out of her busy schedule to come over and make sure we were getting settled in nicely. We definitely like her fair but no-nonsense approach towards making sure all tenants follow the rules and regulations. Maintenance (Frank) was quick to respond to and resolve a couple of very minor issues we had, which we appreciate. Overall, we are very satisfied with Clearfield's management and look forward to many, many years of a very amiable landlord/tenant relationship.
