Despite the positive feedback that I left i was being genuinely honest I also believe I spoke to quick I should've have waited just a little bit more to write a review on October 1st I received a text message from my neighbor complaing how she and her kid's sleep are being distributed all night and can't sleep because of my front entrance door make noise when I come in and out of my house she also complain about us walking around the house making loud noise I feel like her complaints are bogus from the time of my move in September 10th - until October 1st I been doing the same routine everyday you have not complained not one time I have no babies or kid's that run in my home that's for one I respect my neighbor what you not going to do is make me feel uncomfortable the minute that I goes

The assistance that I received from Mrs.Heather is a blessing very professional and Organized I love my apartment and the community the property is well taking care of I am so unbothered living in a peaceful environment Mrs. Heather is the Best the Dix Family want to thank Mrs. Heather for being Patient and helpful to our family every step of the process

Honestly, I have received such a great experience working with Heather when getting my apartment. She is very Thurl, professional, organized ,very clear on her expectations and most importantly professional. Not one time have I ever felt like she did not want to do her job. Whenever there is an issue she is sure to get it done in a reasonable amt of time. My complex is quiet, I love the kids that run around and I honestly feel very safe where I live. I have lived here for about 4 months now and it has honestly been amazing. P.s I will say the process to getting in these homes requires a lot of patience but very worth it.

Former resident of 3 years.. Apartments are dirty when you move in including appliances. It takes a long time to get anything fixed or replaced, maintenance is slow to get anything done. The trash areas are always overflowing with trash. Don't know what management does because you never see or hear from them. People speed through the development constantly and run the stop signs even when kids are outside and it always smells like weed. Management needs to actually walk the complex to see how bad it has become. Used to be a nice place to live but now not so much.

I met Sherry today (the officer manager) and she was very nice, and very helpful. She explained the whole rental process to me so that I would know what to expect, and when to expect it!! Sherry is a very sweet and understandable person. My nerves were shot when I was coming in, but after talking with Sherry, and having her explain things to me, I feel very positive!! There should definitely be more people like her in this world!
