Beautiful facilities, clean , quiet, 1/2 is new construction, 1/2 is totally renovated. Must visit to fill out application. Waiting list is fairly short. Located close to beaches, shopping, recreational facilities. Limited public transportation, is definitely car dependent. Medical facilities close by. Very nice residential community with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units Highly recommend.
I wasn't able to see a unit because they are being built. The people in the office were very nice and helpful.
Best place to live in MD. Manager goes out of her way for tenants
Application was mailed back. Waiting for An answer. There is a waiting list.
There is nothing good in it and it is bad treatment by the company.
