The Willows at Bailey Corner

WARNING.....This place is the worst,I advise anyone that has health problems not to move into this apt. complex because the property managers don't care at all,I have lung and heart problems been here a year and I live next to a neighbor who is mental and is a weed,cigarette chain smoker who just moved in not to long ago.I have told the property manager about the dilemma and have even written a statement to the corporate office and nothing has been done about the situation so if you have health conditions I would definitely pass on this place

Wow spoke to an assistant manager MISS COLLINS who informed me she banned me from the waiting list as she said I was late by 2 weeks responding . First off she had the address wrong then secondly I responded the day I got the letter as I had a question on 1/11:2022, ontop of that I’ve been in and out of surgery and had an orthopedic procedure the end of December . I was trying to explain this to this nasty Person, she began screaming at me and was extremely irate .Thirdly lol she just pulled my message from a month ago , as she is a month or more behind on actually listening to messages or answering phone calls — way to go It’s okay , when I pass The Willows , it’s a bad area , and looks run down anymore . No thank you ,

Apparently they don't want to rent their apartments. Filled out a pre-qualification for him left a voicemail with the office also left the voicemail with their corporate office I have never received any call back or anything. This is the way they conduct business not sure I'd want to rent an apartment for them

Absolutely love it!!!!Beautiful Apartments they are so nice and well maintained!!!!Came to visit a friend and fell in love with this place!!!This is a place I would love to call home.Friendly residents!!!Looking forward to becoming a resident.
