I can safely say that Will Stuart is who you would want for your listing agent OR buyer’s agent… even both simultaneously. I have an aversion to agents so was nonstop home searching for well over a year- all alone. I finally found a perfect home in a perfect town and thankfully Will was the seller’s agent. While his priority of course was for the seller, Will was there for both my husband and me from the moment I first found the house(sign was not even up yet). This was not just a real estate transaction.
