My Personal Experience at The Whitney - I've been living at The Whitney for about a year and just renewed my lease. I love it here. Maintenance is prompt, usually showing up within 24 hours during the week, and the amenities are always clean. It's convenient to walk to Las Olas, and I find the prices fair. In the South Tower, I rarely have to wait for the elevators. While one of my packages was lost, Fetch did end up promptly reimbursing me. During the year, my car was broken into once, but I attribute that to the downtown location. I enjoy the off-site monthly happy hours and various events. Though I'm not a dog person, it seems like many residents have dogs, which is common anywhere. So I’ve never been to the dog park and can’t speak on it. I appreciate the call box and elevator codes,

Until Management addresses STOLEN CARS from Guest Spots by their "Towing company" on Sunday nights this review will stay up forever. Car was registered and input into their system as well before they try to rebuttal with that fact. First and foremost there is about 20 guest spots for 2 buildings that are many many floors (Unacceptable).... Secondly, there were about 15 spots AVAILABLE at time of incident. Also, MAJOR HAZARD if a medical emergency occurs and INCONVENIENCE in the South Tower as 2 out of the 3 elevators DON'T WORK for 25 Floors of residents/families. So unsafe!!!!!!!!!!

On labor day l parked on yoga’s spot thinking they are closed anyways and someone from the building called the towing. Great opportunity to make a commission. NOT ENOUGH GUEST PARKING. The building is huge, they have just a few parking spots. They are all about business!

I actually really enjoy staying here. Most of the staff is very kind and willing to help. However, the manager (I don’t remember her name) is very rude and passive aggressive. It makes the environment a lot less welcoming and she has treated me like an idiot multiple times for asking for help and others I have talked to agree that they have felt the same in her presence. She is the only employee I’ve had a bad experience with and seemed to make the other employees uncomfortable as well. It’s frustrating since it’s very expensive to live here but the manager lacks basic customer service skills.

We’ve been living at The Whitney for a year now, and it’s truly felt like home. Recently, my husband and I decided to transfer to a larger apartment within the community, and Ari González, the manager, made the entire process incredibly smooth. She was supportive, attentive, and always open to listening, which made our decision so much easier. Throughout it all, we genuinely felt how much she values the residents here. Her care and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, she made us feel like more than just tenants. We’re happy and grateful to continue calling The Whitney our home, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where management truly cares.
