I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience. The property felt nice and welcoming overall. One of the leasing agents named Trinity showed me around and was very informative throughout the tour. She answered all my questions and made the visit smooth .

Beautiful community with amazing office staff - I've been living here since the opening of the complex right after construction, and any issue we've had have been quickly resolved. Management's response is typically very fast and I've never had any issues with maintenance taking care of my requests. It's very quiet here, and my neighbors have all been super friendly. I've been paid by management for referring friends, and they've all enjoyed their stay here, too! I highly recommend these apartments!

I moved into the Westover in September 2024 choosing with an apartment locator who toured in person while having me on a video call. I chose to sign a lease and upon arrival I was impressed with the property’s security, pristine grounds / common areas, and the animal loving community. During the first 1/2 of my lease, I had very little interaction other than the occasional e-mail about joining Wine Wednesday’s which seemed to be the only function. However, when the current management and office staff joined, it was as if the property was re-branded in the most positive ways . They created a monthly newsletter gives residents of the calendar of resident functions to keep us informed at Clubhouse as well as off property adventures. This apartment complex is DISGUSTING. Save yourself and do not move here. On move in day our apartment was filthy. There was dead bugs and dust everywhere. They didn’t even have the decency to prepare the unit for us and make sure it was clean. It was so filthy we had to spend a night in a hotel as we could not sleep there. This was extremely inconvenient. This apartment also has a documented gnat infestation. Multiple people have left and had to break their leases because the gnat infestation is so persistent and management can’t get it under control. Gnats were even in our fridge and food. to make it worse the water from the sinks and shower also smells like literal feces and sewer water. We ultimately had to break our lease as living here started to affect our quality of life and the
