The Westcott Apartments

My family and I lived at The Westcott for several years, and overall we had a very positive experience. The property was always well maintained, and the community felt safe and organized. What truly made a difference for us was the management. Bridgette has always been professional, responsive, and fair in every interaction we had throughout the years. Even during our recent move-out process, everything was handled clearly and respectfully. Communication was straightforward, and we appreciated the professionalism shown until the very end. Thank you to the team at The Westcott for the years we called it home. We wish you continued success.

Living at the Westcott was truly a wonderful experience! Bridgette, Rachel, and the entire office staff were consistently kind, professional, and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The maintenance team was always helpful, responding promptly and ensuring that all work orders were addressed. The Westcott is a warm and welcoming place to call home, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Thank you, Westcott, for being my home away from home. ☺️

I have been a resident here for approximately two years and had a cooking fire at my apartment last week. The Westcott has been so kind in helping me to make a smooth transition into a new unit. Very pleased as a resident here. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the amenities don’t work throughout the year, but otherwise the customer service is excellent. Huge thanks to Bridgette, Jasmine, and Bella!

This was my first time living out of state by myself and also my very first apartment, and I’m so grateful I chose Westcott. Ms. Bridgette and Jasmine truly felt like my second family. I couldn’t thank them enough for guiding me step by step from the very beginning all the way until I moved out. I always felt very welcomed here. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved everything right away. The apartment itself is spacious with a great layout and very affordable for what you get. Overall, I highly recommend Westcott Apartments. If I ever move back to Tallahassee, I would definitely choose to live here again.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Pease be aware. I rented an apartment from them in September of 2025. My apartment had a severe mold problem for 5 months. When I contacted the office they only sent maintenance to come paint over it they never fixed the issue. It was also a huge pest problem with ants and huge roaches. The ceilings had leaks and it go to the point where I had to break my lease to move. They did not try to fix anything. Do not rent here.
