The Waverly at Winter Haven

I moved into The Waverly Nov25. From the tour to the move on process and now living here has been great. Elijah and Rhea are such amazing and helpful people who work in the leasing office! The environment of the complex is quiet and friendly. Any maintenance request placed has been taken care of quickly and efficiently! Overall the staff both in office and maintenance truly care for their profession and it shows. Great individuals inside and out.

The Waverly at Winter Haven is a stunning new community that truly raises the bar for luxury living in Winter Haven! From the moment you arrive, you can tell every detail was thoughtfully designed — modern finishes, spacious layouts, and resort-style amenities that make it feel like home and vacation in one. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort. The pool, fitness center, and pet-friendly features like the dog park and spa are top-notch. It’s also in a convenient location near shopping and dining, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. As a real estate professional, I appreciate the quality construction and sense of community The Waverly offers. It’s a beautiful addition to Winter Haven!

Home…. Finally finding a moment to add a review, to give thanks for bringing me to this community, where everyone is splendidly friendly and welcoming! My pup, Athena, has more friends than ever as no one is afraid of her big voice or wet nose; even the other dogs want to play! For being a newly constructed community with incredibly posh communal spaces and well turned out apartments, she is welcome everywhere, and welcomed to explore as she sees fit! I didn’t think that would be the first of my top 3 reasons why I am loving it here, but it is! #anxietyrelief 2) Management, staff and construction crew, while being amazingly friendly, they also go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and well cared for. I’m absolutely in love with Waverly Apartments in Winter Haven! I was blown away by how stunning everything is—the landscaping is impeccable, the common areas are spotless, and the whole place feels like a resort. It’s honestly one of the most beautiful apartment communities I’ve ever seen. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone from the leasing team to maintenance is incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in creating a real sense of community here. From the moment I arrived, Rhea made me feel so welcomed—her knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out.
