The Waterford at Mandarin

I just moved in, and so far everything has been great. I truly love my apartment—it’s exactly what was offered to me. The community is very pleasant and well maintained. Greta Cody has provided outstanding attention and support from the very first moment I expressed interest in living here. She was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Highly recommended.

I've been in building 1 with my family for a little over a year now. I've gotta say the maintenance guys are phenomenal their nice guys that are good at their job what more could you ask for. I've lived at 3 other apartment complexs in mandarin in my time here and the Waterford beats them all by a mile. Everyone ive ever met from the office was always nice and helpful so great work guys its a great place to live because of all of you! Thanks!

Kim Hallawi is one of the best office admin I’ve ever come in contact with. She is so knowledgeable and so helpful with everything. She was able to find us the perfect apartment and keep us happy as tenants.

Jeremy and his team were awesome, they helped me in a time of need and made the process simple. They made my move in the week before Christmas easy. The apartment was clean and ready when promised. I was impressed with the property. We had a few minor details that the maintenance guy fixed that day. The staff communication has been very good and meaningful for the first few months.

Greta Cody is amazing in the office! She’s always welcoming, easy to talk to, and quick to help with anything residents need. Greta is super responsive, stays on top of things, and makes the whole community feel more cared for. Her positive attitude really makes a difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people here.
