This was the very first apartment my husband and I lived in after getting married and graduating from college. At the time, we were just starting to build our income and credit, had no co-signer, and very limited rental history. The original leasing lady was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She truly worked with us through the entire process, and this was the only apartment that gave us a chance. For that, we will always be grateful. During our time living here, there were a lot of ups and downs, unfortunately, mostly downs. It’s not bad . It’s pretty safe from my experience here. The first few month of moving in was decent but once problems occurred they really don’t care to fix it. Wierd smells, units acting up and having a washing machine that acts up is disturbing. If maintenance were more on it. I wouldn’t mind giving it a 5 star

If I could give 0 stars I would be doing it here. Not only are you never able to get into contact with the leasing office (phone or in person) but also their maintenance department fails. We had a flooding of our apartment a year into our stay there and we put in a minimum of three requests from maintenance to come look at the issue because our patio door area would be quite wet at times and so would our laundry room. They couldn’t find the problem the one singular time they looked at it and the other times they just put in that it was resolved when it wasn’t. A good bit of our own personal belongings were ruined with the overall company’s lack of care and thoroughness. They care about just the exterior of the property and will not be proactive enough in updating the interior so they can g

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This apartment complex will give you a tour and look at their model apartments which look NOTHING like the apartment you will get. Even the pictures look nothing like the apartments so don’t be fooled! We chose the unrennovated apartment. However, the apartment was AWFUL. The apartment smelled like absolute pee and spoiled food. There were roaches EVERYWHERE, broken blinds, the refrigerator light didn’t even work, mold in the cabinets, and we didn’t even have a sink in the bathroom that was available to use. The complex gave us our keys to our apartment BEFORE it was even ready fully functioning (we didn’t know because we assumed it would be ready). They claimed that they were finishing the counters in the bathroom and that consisted of SPRAY pai

Cool spot. No roaches. Just spiders and weird caterpillars, I Just hate that on a random day my apartment started smelling like moth balls. I cleaned up nicely and the smell is still there. I assume a neighbor has them and it’s going through the vents. I emailed about the smell and got no response. I do not care about a deposit I will leave if it continues to smell like this. The apartment stinks. So I had the option to transfer apartments.
