The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are amazing, especially Maria. Super helpful and works hard to make sure the experience is as amazing as possible. It is an old and affordable complex so you run into all the things you would expect. Some bugs, things break, things like that. Thankfully the maintenance staff is always quick and solution driven, and they provide exterminator services weekly if needed. All in all, great place to live and again the staff is fantastic

Excellent property... and my tour with Maria Gomez was outstanding! She was quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even told me things I forgot to ask). From the moment I arrived until my departure the whole rental office team was professional and welcoming! 5 stars!

Ms. Yvonne Garay is super nice and kind. One of the best leasing office workers I’ve come across in a long time. She is the type of worker everyone need in their apartment leasing office lol. She was able to answer all of our questions and reassure us that we were getting exactly what she said we would. Super amazing and very nice woman. Thank you so much for helping us find a an apartment that fits all of our needs.

Maria helped me the Registration of my car and I several other questions. And we was very cute on all the things that I asked about my Apartment. Thank you, Maria for being very helpful. she is always very helpful every time to go into the office

I moved into my apartment about 3 weeks ago and I loveeee it so much Maria is the best and helped me move in very quickly with no problem! She really answered any questions I had that needed answered and I really appreciate that because I had a lot of questions! My apartment was so nice and clean I had no issues at all! No Bugs, Roaches, or water leaks etc! The area is so quiet I do not hear a sound at night or even during the day!!! I love it and I am enjoying every moment! Everyone in office is sweet and kind and will definitely get on it at your request! Overall it was a great move in experience!
