Tyreik was great! He handled everything fast, straight-forward, and with zero runaround. Clear answers, respectful communication, and actually followed up without me having to chase him. Made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend working with him.

Brittany Lewis’s customer service was literally through the roof. The best I’ve come across as I look for my place for me and my family to make. Even helped us find the proper public bus to get on since we are not from the area. Legit amazing. I do really love how all the 2 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the WORST and I've suffered a great deal of property loss, credit damage, vandalism, pet injury and just an overall nightmare of an experience for the 2 months I stayed here. Their rent is lower than market because there's always a catch. Unsafe environment, unclean premises, algea infested pool, shoddy and predatory business practices, revolving door of management staff, lack of transparent communication, fire alarms going off anytime, random power outages, non-working elevator freight, flooding in hallways, absolute nightmare!! Buyer BEWARE!

Did a tour with tyreik, and I loved the apartment called the Charles. He was nice and the space was good the bedroom space seems more functional than others seen

I moved into the warwick apartments in June 2025 and I had to move out October 2025. Two weeks into living there, I noticed mice droppings. I mentioned it to the main office. They sent a team to a do search and seal. The very next day, I caught my first mouse. To make the story short, I ended up catching 26 mice in 5 months after 3 search and seal. My roommate moved after two months. My children couldn't visit me. It felt like I was living in the subways of NYC. I have pictures and videos of all of them just in case this ever goes to court.
