The Warren Apartments

Natalie the Property Manager at the Warren has the most exemplary professionalism and customer service I have ever experienced. She is very knowledgeable and is excellent at her job. She creates a warm and friendly environment at the building and is a great representation of the property!

Absolutely spectacular service. I myself have never been as pleased in an establishment than when I was here. If I could, 6 stars would most certainly be applicable, for this GREAT service I got. Especially from a miss Dalainy and Natallie. Thank you guys so much, you guys were great.

There I was, uprooting my whole life and moving to Spokane. I had a few apartments in mind but the Warren stuck out for me for a multitude of reasons. The location downtown is great, the unit I signed on for is beautiful and well priced, and what really sealed the deal for me was the team working here. Lexi, Quentin, and Zach are incredible! They took their time showing me around and made me feel very welcomed from hello. There was another apartment building that I was considering that is very new but I never got a response. I have lived here for almost two weeks now and I wanted to make sure my review was earnest and I wasn't just caught up in the ether. Looking through some of the previous negative reviews, I don't think those people were really considering the value of what is offered

My boyfriend & I moved here a few months ago as our first place! I was nervous about our experience, but it’s been nothing short of great. The girls in the office are so kind and I have loved getting to know them, and feel so comfortable coming to them!

So sad, it used to be such a cool apartment complex.Then for some reason, they got new property managers a few weeks ago. Totally combative, horrible customer service and I'm very uncomfortable where I live now. We pay far too much money in rent and fees to be given this horrible property management and customer service. Natalie is particular is a total nightmare.
