Lived here for 2 years.Glad we left, All of these 5 star reviews are FAKE. Please research before moving here and read the real reviews . My apartment was always flooding and maintenance took weeks to fix things. The neighborhood was full of trash and grass was never cut. Rent is too high for what’s provided.

Please do not rely on positive reviews. Most of them have been removed. This is not a place you want to live. Apartment floods Every time it rains. Property Manager Laparis is SUPER rude and not easy to talk to (Coming from myself and neighbors). Trash is always all over the property. They will not fix issues promptly if ever and will put it all on you. Falsified documents etc….before you end up like me with attorney and court fees on top of $1,914 rent for a non livable unit. Run away DO NOT WALK!
