The Vistas of West Hills Apartments

Honestly really disappointing. This is such a beautiful complex, but the management experience was terrible. I tried calling multiple times to schedule a showing and no one ever answered. I left voicemails and never got a call back. After trying for days, someone finally picked up — and the response I got was a blunt “no” before they hung up on me. No explanation, no help, nothing.

Great place to live. All the maintenance is done relatively quickly. I guess the experience depends on your neighbors. My neighbors are lovely. The gym needs some love but that I can live with because I go to a different gym anyway.

I was hesitant to post this however my experience here since I moved in back in October of 2024 has been horrible!!! I tried to retract my lease the first month but I was told I would be penalized for not standing up to my contract. I'm not one to complain and I know to live an in apartment can be difficult (I've lived in a couple) but depending on your neighbors, my experience since the day I have moved in has been the worst! My neighbor down stairs has complained of "excessive noise disturbance". I'm a 5ft 120 lbs woman and he has complained every week of "stomping, dog barking and machine noise." I dont even own pets. I never has guests over because there is no guest parking available EVER!! The only machines I run are the provided washer/dryer, dishwasher, and my own vacuum. I can't ev

Easily the worst management I’ve ever seen. In applying my wife changed her last name since we were recently married. They failed to verify her and asked us to reverify her identity, I txt them and my wife called them multiple times before the deadline and were completely ghosted by them, then after the deadline past they called and said they can’t verify us so they cancelled the application.

I am a second year resident at Vistas of West Hills and my experience here has been awesome ! The office staff, including Benjamin and Bryan are exceptional and they go the extra mile to make sure that if you have any quality of life issues, they are addressed in a timely and positive manner ! The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff are quick to address any maintenance needs ! The location is great and is truly a nice place to call home !! Thanks a lot Benjamin !!!
