The Vista Apartments & Townhomes

Where do I begin?! I really wanted to like the Vista’s, I really planned on my family staying long term until we were ready to buy. Let’s start with move in day, we moved in exactly one day early and our apartment was beyond disgusting. It looked like someone was squatting in our apartment. Walls were all colored on and scratched up, dryer had clearly been colored by someone’s child, bathrooms were disgusting. Someone had used the restroom, and left urine in the toilet. I called the office and was greeted by Jihad (the worst customer service ever) and made him aware that our unit was not clean at all. He claims it was due to moving in one day early. The maintenance team is second to none. Cassidy and Kyle are phenomenal! Not only do they care about the residents, but they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Both of them go above and beyond any time there is an issue. Thanks for all you do!

The apartments are very nice and clean. The ground are great and kept up. The only issue I've had are the staff in office. They could be more kinder and helpful. That's disappointing.

This Vista Apartments will hold such a special place in my heart! Although our stay was brief, we really enjoyed every aspect of living here. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in where the communication from staff has been 100% reliable. Brittany and Jihad are so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure any issues are squared away. Every interaction with the two of them was so positive. They also plan so many cute events for residents that brings the apartment community together. The apartment itself is super clean and spacious, grounds are always kept looking beautiful (no trash), quiet community, and a perfect mix of families and young adults. They told us to apply and pay $300 in fees, we did as told just for them to tell us we had to do 3 extra steps in order to APPLY!! Annoying, but we did the steps and they fully ghosted us ! So now we’re left clueless and down $300! What a POS
