The Vine

This is a great coffee stand. Drinks are always good and it’s super easy to stop by, even when it’s busy. Kaiyana is always quick and on it, orders come out fast and she’s really friendly too. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and keeps things moving. Definitely one of my go-to spots.

Just moved here a couple of weeks ago! We have been treated so well by the staff, and the location is perfect for getting around to town/work. A lot of dining in the area. Parking in building and a very nice rooftop. Cant wait to test out the community events

The Vine is one of the great downtown Seattle condos. The rooftop terrace is nice, the neighborhood is lively yet Western Avenue is pretty quiet. More recent improvements including WiFi on the roof and garages, new conference room, lobby refresh, and electric vehicle charging station keep the building modern and fun.

Lovely concierge. This place feels peaceful very zen. Thank you 🙂
