I just want to give a shoutout specifically to the staff that is physically here on the property. Today I needed some maintenance done ASAP in preparation for a medical procedure, and Don at the front office worked with me to accommodate my needs in ways I really appreciate (he's also just a really great guy who knows all the residents, and Alex in the office was fantastic too, but just got promoted to another position). Bill came to take care of everything, and as always was kind and treated me like an old friend (and more importantly, he fixed everything very quickly). Dave, the another maintenance man, is also extremely helpful and really cares about the residents here. I needed my dad to shovel my car out a few weeks ago, which I couldn't do because of my medical issues, and Dave saw h

I was thinking of this place today and wanted too write a review. Dan( Or Don) I believe are very nice. I toured the property. I really liked it. Flexible leasing options and an affordable security deposit. I was a little nervous because of the distance from work and timing was not right as I couldn't see the unit that I wanted yet. Although I haven't lived here, I believe this would have been a great place. I wish it was closer to work(which I work throughout Philadelphia in various parts). Overall, I greatly appreciated their patience. Very nice people. Maybe I will swing back around.

Home Properties of Bryn Mawr are decent apartments, and the prices are about on par with most other properties in the area of a similar quality. There are lots of trees and green grass, making it a pleasant experience walking around the complex. Many units, including mine, have newer ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Hardwood floors are a plus as well. Some units have washer and dryer in unit, which I would recommend (even though it takes up most of the closet space) because the on site washers and dryers that must be paid for are often busy or broken. I have made a handful of requests for maintenance and have always had someone out within 24 hours. The management does a good job as well. The complex is very well kept. The swimming pool and fitness center on-site are nice pluses as

I really enjoy living at The Villas at Bryn Mawr. I've been here for 4 months and it's been a very pleasant, safe, and comfortable experience. My 1 bedroom apartment has plenty of space for me (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and closet space). It was freshly painted and brand new carpet was installed days before I moved in. Maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and respond in a reasonable time frame. There was no outlet in the bathroom when I moved in and when I put in a request, they brought in a contractor to install one within a week. The leasing office staff (Nick, Tracey, Tanae, and others) are wonderful. They have answered all of my questions and are always friendly. They host lots of great community events. I like that the laundry room is right across the hall from me a

I write this review, not as a tenant, but as a guest. As of late, the parking policy has been nothing short of terrible. One of my dearest friends lives in Home Properties, and I find my visits with her are starting to become limited based upon parking. Unless you come to the apartments within a very narrow time slot, you either have to park several blocks down or face a $210 (at bare minimum) towing fee because there is no street parking available. This problem is bad enough if you are coming for a short visit. If have a friend in the apartments who needs your help amidst an emergency, you will be especially screwed for access (and yes, I have needed to stay overnight for emergencies several times). I thought about looking into living at Home Properties because the apartments are cozy and
