The Villages Sales & Information Center

Nicely decorated and very inviting. The person who opened the door for us made sure we weee comfortable and took the time to talk to us and indicated where we could sit and wait for our sales agent. We were impressed by the courtesy of all the staff while we were waiting. Great experience overall.

We arrived in the villages at the new sales office at Eastport. We were greeted by extremely friendly Sales staff assisting us at Eastport. An extremely friendly agent named Kathy show us the location of amenities we were interest in and assisted us finding our agent Nate Overstreet. Nate got us settled into our weeklong House. It was clean, neat and had all the appliances that we would need. He took us for an orientation visit of the area and we scheduled time to see new models. We have identified a couple models that would fit our needs. The next day we settled in and started exploring the villages. We were blown away by what we saw and experienced. Online I found a preowned house that we wanted to see. Nate made arrangements to see this house. Although built in 2018 it had amenities we

Beautiful facility. Not what I expected for a Sales Center. The employees there can only put you in contact with a Real Estate Agent, they are unable to show properties. But they are all helpful with the information that they do have.

What a beautiful place! We took a tour and enjoyed every minute.
