The Villages at Pecan Grove

I have been with the Villages at Pecan Grove for 3 years now and truly recommend it! The property itself is beautiful and well kept - including the pool, fitness center, leasing office, and landscaping. Maintenance has always been quick to action and the staff is wonderful to work with. I have been in a one bedroom apartment since moving here, and decided it was time for an upgrade. I am transferring into a 2 bedroom apartment within the complex and the staff has made this such an easy process for me. The entire staff is responsive, professional, and kind, specifically Ewona. She has guided me every step of the way, and is so patient with all of my needs and magnitude of questions! The villages are a wonderful place to live. We have been here almost 10 years and there is a reason for that. The office staff are very responsive, and the maintenance staff are there for every need. I personally have worked with Leslie Barnes and she is amazing. She always gets back to me quickly and resolves issues easily. The amenities are excellent and kept up so all can enjoy.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE: We have been stuck in an 18 month lease at our apartment. The first 2 months were okay and then quickly changed. Our new upstairs neighbors were the perfect example of what not to do in an apartment. Drum set, check. Loud partying and dropping bottles until 2 am, check. Leaving dog poop all over the stairs and in front of people doors, check. Smoking pot all hours of the day and setting off their fire alarm even those this is a “smoke free” complex. But don’t worry! Management will send them a letter and it’ll all be fixed! (not) If that’s not bad enough for you then I should mention that every appliance has gone to crap and it takes A LOT to have management replace, like tripping your power a few times a week. OH AND THE COCKROACHES! OHHHHH

My niece & I had a great tour of Pecan Grove today! Will was the leasing agent who guided us and he was such a gentleman! He was thorough, patient, and had the best sense of humor! We still haven’t made a final decision, but we’d love to know that there was someone like Will working in our LeasingOffice! Wonderful guy!! Thank you!
