The Villages at Oakleaf

I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. Maintenance is always completeing our request in a timely, efficient manner and always has a great knowledgeable attitude. Property is always clean. They are either cleaning up after others or improving the grounds and buildings. Office staff is always friendly and willing to help or get the information. Miss Ann and Angela are always friendly and have a great attitude. Really enjoy all the fun events they offer to, donuts and coffee, goodie bags. They also communicate by sending text messages and emails.

They lied about handyman and maid services being included. The elevator hasn’t worked since the beginning of march. We are on the fourth floor. Do with that information what you will. Neighbors are lovely. Our elderly neighbor to the right had to move out (she’d been here for seven years) because she used a walker and could not leave her apartment without an elevator. Her son hired someone to operate it manually to get her and her husband downstairs. The first day we moved in, our dryer was not turning on. They came in and fixed this issue, and the timer stopped working. My girlfriend went to work and returned 14 hours later to find the dryer still running. They came the next day with a replacement- another broken dryer- the drum did not move. Days later, they removed this dryer and gave

Today I met with Angela to become a new resident. While it was busy Angela met all my needs and was patient with me. Customer service was excellent and Angela thoroughly explained everything to me. Angela is a superstar. Thank you! Tamika

TERRIBLE place to live. Management is horrible! Trash is everywhere, the grounds are covered with trash and animal feces….. when you contact management for issues you get someone with an attitude or they never respond. Maintenance requests takes months to handle and that’s IF they’re even handled. Management will fine you for an extra trash bag or a bicycle stored on your porch but they don’t care about anything else.

This review is to for Angela who works in the Leasing office. Angela provided outstanding service to me when I was contemplating a move. I found her to be extremely kind, caring and professional as well as very responsive in offering to schedule an appointment for me. Even though, I ultimately decided not to make any decisions on moving at this time, Angela was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable about contacting her in the future. I am so very grateful to her for her kindness as well as her professionalism and knowledge.
