The Villages at Nathanael Greene

I cannot say enough good things about The Villages. From the very beginning, Les, Dylan, and Britnee were incredibly professional, flexible, and respectful, which made what could have been a very stressful transition feel straightforward and manageable. After a few years of uncertainty and moving around, settling into a home here feels like a meaningful step toward stability, and I’m genuinely grateful for that level of care and support. The unit itself is spotless, comfortable and clearly well cared for, and the entire complex is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. That level of upkeep really shows, and it speaks volumes about the people who work here. I previously lived at Villages for 5 years and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. So when I returned to Springfield, I knew exactly where I wanted to live! I can't say anything negative about this complex and it is literally the best apartment I have ever lived in. From the staff to the maintenance, everything is top notch! Britnee was my leasing agent and is absolutely phenomenal, Les the manager makes you feel welcome and is very hands on, unlike some management that you never see. Any minimal repair that I've had, was completed efficiently and quickly by a great maintenance staff. We just toured the Nathanael Greene apartments and Britnee was the absolute best! She was so friendly and she was one of the reasons why we wanted to apply here! She made was super excited about showing the property which made us excited. She was also very transparent and it did not feel like a sales pitch. Felt like home 😉 Give her a raise!!

It is a wonderful apartment living. The setting is right next to Nathaniel Greene Park. Who could have a better backyard?! There is a road frim the complex to the park to drive or walk. If anything goes wrong in the apartment they will come the next day or on that day if its an emergency. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Open living room and kitchen. Very nice balcony or patio. Plenty of room for outdoor furniture and plants.It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The entire staff are always willing to help and are so nice. Les, the supervisor has been so nice and helpful. The office, Brittany is wonderful as well.all the maintenance crew are great. Josh came and fixed my issue quickly and he is very polite. One last thing, we are lucky to have different weekly food trucks

Britnee gave my fiance and I a tour and we absolutely loved her! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel confident about taking the next steps in applying.
