Update: Be warned rental increases are EVERY lease renewal by $200 per month. There is NO built in microwave, granite counters, gooseneck faucet, gas fireplace, "upgraded lighting pkg". There are no lights in the bedrooms. Half of the amenities listed are not provided. Be persistent on seeing the actual until, bc they are not upgraded like the model unit. I didn't get the chance to see my unit prior to moving even after several requests. 2 weeks before Christmas they knock on our door to say they are REMOVING the fireplace (not replace but REMOVE) TODAY, w/o prior warning or putting it in writing bc they knew tenants would complain. They "updated" the toilets & shower heads for "energy efficiency" purpose, but they don't pay for our utilities so why are they concerned w being efficient, th

From Mr. Bailey (Property Manager) to his staff members from the handymen to the house keepers -were all great people to work with. From their professionalism and consistent pleasant disposition, made it very easy to call this community home. It was like we lived in a bubble for three years. The only reason we moved out because we needed more space as our family expanded. We occupied a two bedroom and two bathroom end unit on the top floor and it was like living in an oasis. Price was reasonable, given what the neighboring community charged relative to size of the unit we occupied. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the leasing manager Mr. Bailey and maintenance team, I have to be honest—my move-in experience has been frustrating due to the number of maintenance issues that greeted me on day one. Some of the problems were addressed quickly, like the second bathroom not flushing, the refrigerator leaking water, and a bedroom door that wouldn’t close. However, several issues remain unresolved: The washing machine still does not turn on. The second bathroom has visible rust around the toilet ring. Both bathrooms need touch-up paint. The second bedroom closet door is off the hinge. I understand that no apartment is perfect, and I truly appreciate the staff’s willingness to help. The tour was very nice! Sean has excellent customer service. Answered all my questions held doors open and offer my son and I water and snacks. The Villages of Churchill Choice is a Beautiful property. They have every amenity you need.

Crystal has been nothing but a pleasure to work with during my moving process. The day of my tour she showed me around the property and gave me an amazing tour of the avail apartments. I called crystal to view the apartments again just to refresh my memory and she was available to give me another tour. Crystal has patient, kind and extremely understanding during my moving process.
