The Village at Worman's Mill 55+ Apartments

I am appalled at how the Management of this 55+ community has left their Residents stranded in their parking spaces 3 days after this snow storm on 1/25/2026. They plowed the center through way in the parking lots leaving 2 feet of frozen snow piled up behind the cars. This is a 55+ community with many residents in their 60's & 70's. When I spoke with the Community/Leasing Manager about it, she said the plowing company did "the best they could!” I told her it was NOT GOOD ENOUGH and she told me to get out of her office! She is certainly not well suited to manage 55* apartments!! See the pics and how the snow is piled up behind the cars in the Disabled/Handicap spaces snd others too in the whole parking lot! What a great place to live. The buildings are immaculately clean and fixtures are beautifully done inside. I feel safe with good secure buildings. The other residents though older than me are very kind and friendly. I have lived all over and this by far is my favorite place. Shout out to Jessie and Julie the leasing staff for their great service and planning all the fun events every month.

This is such an awesome place to live. Like - so awesome that you don't want to write a public review about it because you want to keep it to yourself so hoards of people do not read this and suddenly decide to come and check it out as well (sorry guys). So here's the thing - never in my life have I ever lived in a place that feels like a community as much as it does here. And it's not an intrusive type thing, it's more of a compassionate, collegial and caring community. There's a beautiful game room, wonderful library if you like to just sit and read and if you like to sit and do puzzles or watch Jeopardy every night - your peeps are here waiting for you. - Additionally, it's in a beautiful residential area that is nice if you like to walk or ride your bike. I moved here 2 months ago and could not be happier with that decision. I was very apprehensive about leaving my previous home of 9 years (even though I’m now closer to my daughter), but the Leasing Agent Jessie Appadoo, was so warm, caring and understanding that she allayed all of my fears of moving to a new community. She genuinely cares about her residents and takes the time to see that our needs are met. The grounds and buildings are so well maintained— everything is mowed, trimmed, cleaned and kept in mint condition! I have met some very welcoming neighbors and I feel right at home here already. Great place!!

We love Village Center & have been residents for 4 years now. The new Property Manger Jessie is awesome. The pricing is fair and Maintenance does a great job responding. My wife and I are 67 & 71 years old and a bit of clean freaks lol. The cleaning crew Village uses are awesome. They definitely go above and beyond + are always saying hello. It's the small things that matter.
