I apologize for being a little late but I must commend the entire Staff and employees for the hard work they put in clearing the snow after the large storm we received (Jan 24-25). I was out of town, during the storm, returning late Friday night (Jan 30), and was very pleasantly surprised to find clear sidewalks and parking spaces. I know how difficult it can be cleaning a large complex and truly appreciate the effort. Thank you all!

The apartments are nice enough, central AC, a balcony, and a fireplace is nice, but crime is on the rise, getting worse every year. Cars getting broken into, tires stolen in the night, packages stolen from front doors, teens use the basketball courts and pools that don't live there or know anyone there, and are very rowdy. Maintenance will respond quickly but is incredibly rude, will argue about not fixing things that clearly need to be fixed. The gym always has at least one equipment broken. Takes months to fix. When you move out do not count on your deposit back no matter how hard you cleaned. If you had a pet they automatically say you need carpet replaced no matter what it looks like or how long you had the pet, or what kind of pet you had. The front office can never answer any questio

This has been the most terrible experience. The first week I moved in my package from Amazon was stolen and then they packed up an EMPTY box and delivered it to my door. Management said they would send out an email regarding my stolen items and they did nothing. Since I’ve moved in they’ve stolen a number of car tires and have broken into cars a ridiculous amount of times. Management does nothing about it other than send emails out for US to call the cops. They take no initiative to put gates, cameras or security. The issues with breaking into cars happen every week. Imagine how careless management is that they know this happens weekly and they DO NOTHING. The regional community manager does nothing and never answers the phone.
