The Village at Slippery Hill

Edited to correct spelling Run as far and as fast as you can. After months of contacting them, I Paid my deposit like they asked and from there it became a nightmare. Andrea stated I was denied for being 20.00 over the income limit. I ask how and found out the income was incorrectly calculated when she reviewed it, and that she would have to get back with me because she was heading out the door and that she will contact me after she recalculates it when next unit is available. Well she does 1 YEAR LATER and now is saying a 2 bedroom at 40% which is low income btw would be 1600 monthly. How if the max income shows lower was my question. So I called TM associates # to speak with someone and was advised to speak with her boss. Well that was a mistake! I was rudely cut off by the regional man

No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Can an application for a residence be submitted online for Slippery Hill? Is there an application fee? No one to answer simple questions quickly or give a tour.

Attempted to reach out for contact several times to this place got the automated “someone will respond when available” each time. It’s been months now and still never heard back from an actual person.

The office was not open so I guess they may have been at lunch.
