The Village at San Jose

I lived at same place for over 25 yrs and need to move. Visited many places but Village at San Jose will be my new Camellia was helpful, knowledge and made feel comfortable. That when I move I will not have the problems i am currently have. Excited about this new chapter. Plus the apartment was beautiful

My mother and I searched high and low for an apartment that would accept us that wasn't in the hood. I prayed on it and came across The Village of San Jose . I spoke with Camilia the Leasing Mgr she went above and beyond to help us get moved in to a place we were happy with. She even helped us find a a charity that would help us pay our electric deposit. I have never met a leasing agent that was this helpful and who cares. The apartments are decently priced for our budget and the location is amazing. We are right across the street from the grocery store and other shopping. I'm happy to call this place home.

I have been here since late June and it has been a very positive experience and I would like to thank Camellia and the whole staff for the pleasant time I have spent here. First I haven’t rented an apartment for 10yrs so I had a lot of anxiety about this change. Camellia is so awesome, she helped me get moved in quick and really got rid of any anxiety I had about the whole process by how efficient, helpful and pleasant Camellia is. Even after moving in she has provided the same level of care and professionalism throughout my time here. She has always told me if I have a question be free to call her, and she is true to her word. I’ve been here almost a year and, i can’t complain about anything. Anytime, I needed assistance CAMILLA, omg she executed the assignment every time. She even sent somebody to come to my house to fix something on there off day. I would highly recommend moving out here if you want Good customer service, shes the BEST!

A really great place to live in all honesty.Staff is incredible when it comes to repairs and maintenance.Office workers are always helpful but one stands out far beyond anyone else.Ms Camellia is by far the greatest property owner I have ever met and she isn’t a property owner she needs so own her own business because she’s extremely helpful in every situation.Shes like a mother figure to me and everyone loves her .
