The Village at Melbourne

I moved from Atlanta to Melbourne FL with my 2 small children. Raven was absolutely amazing! She helped me from start to finish. Great communication and patience with me during this process. I highly recommend to anyone looking to move to this area.

I am a college student in a 3 bed 2 bath, it is great value. Raven is very helpful as is maintenance in dealing with anything that comes up.

I had to make a yelp account as I try to stay off these websites since they are not reliable but I had to warn people before they move here . What a mess of apartments . Been here about 4 years and within the last 6 months it's gone completely downhill . There is trash all around the apartments , people park in other peoples parking spots constantly . It reeks of smoke in the stairways and cigarettes left on the floors . It's just plain gross , take a tour of the actual premises and you will see what's actually going on for yourself . It seems that they let anyone move in here , on top of people playing loud music and constantly yelling in the hallways . Save your money and look elsewhere.

I've been here looking for a Apartment. The Property manager Neisha is very professional and very patient. I'm definitely gonna pick this place to live, out of the few I've looked at, this one stands out to be very nice! I'm looking forward to a great stay. I highly recommend, The village of Melbourne.
