The Village at Henderson Apartments

From the time we applied to the time we had keys in our hand was very fast. The apartment is so spacious. The refrigerator and dishwasher are great too! Thank you Luca for the tour and making us feel at home right away. Jessica thanks again for the quick return of phone calls and to the both of you for the help with our application. Most importantly, our cat Rosie loves her new home too.😄

Property has such nice curb appeal! When I toured the property, Luca did such an amazing job showing us both floor plans. Jessica was also very helpful jumping in with more information. Maintenance staff seems like they do a great job! Definitely recommend.

Apartments are good. Hard to say “Luxury” when it’s not that luxurious. The staff is great, it’s the neighbors that bring it down. You pay a lot in rent and you expect the price to equal the environment but no. Some let their dogs out to do their business and don’t clean up after. Maybe the get a citation but I guess it doesn’t matter when they do it on a regular basis, especially when they know no one is going to tell them anything. Parking is an issue when some tenants end up hitting your car or way to close. Some smoke weed on their balcony so you can’t have your sliding door open. Barking dogs at all hours. You can hear the loud steps from upstairs neighbors. Smells come through the walls some how so you smell whatever they’re cooking and it’ll take days for the smell to leave. Spiders

These apts have been the best apts I have lived at the pool and spa are great. Area is always clean. The gym is small but has everything I need to workout.

The property is very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The unit I toured was spacious, clean and I loved that they had washer/dryer.
