Amazing staff all the way around. The office staff, especially Mandy, are very helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance man ,Stan, is also very prompt and helpful. I’ve had one maintenance emergency very early in the morning and they were at my door within 20 minutes. I’ve read a couple bad reviews when it comes to staff but I have yet to witness any of the negative. The grounds are kept clean and safe. I’ve been here for six months and it’s been great. Not to mention there’s an abundance of restaurants and retail stores very close. Also very pet friendly and there’s even a gated doggy-park. Neighborhood is surrounded with sidewalks as well for walking your pet. If I absolutely HAD to make one complaint, it would be that there’s no bathroom downstairs. I moved here 1 month ago and i love the area! They're several stores located conviently near the neighborhood which is a plus. It is quiet and the grounds are kept up and clean which is nice.The maintence man, Stan is friendly, always greeting you when he sees you outside. The ladies in the front office Sam and Tonette are so nice and helpful. Sam answered all my questions i had prior to moving in and always makes me feel so welcomed when i come into the office. The day i moved in they gave me a welcome bag with a few essentials you need when you move into a new home. Im happy with my decision to move here.

Tori was awesome to work with during the townhome application process! Super friendly, quick to respond, and made everything really easy to understand.. Definitely appreciate her help.

My family and I new to the community and we love it! Everyone is so nice and make it feel like home. The maintenance are amazing and the lady in the leasing office are so nice and they help with everything there just amazing. I’m so happy to be apart of this amazing community

My townhouse was spotless and nice. Good sized kitchen and a dishwasher. For a 2 bedroom house it has a great living room and the two bedrooms upstairs are lovely and big for there size. They take bug infestation seriously. And maintenance team is amazing!! Been here since September 9th 2016
