The Village at Apison Pike

Been here almost 2 years. Jan will mark 2 years. I moved here because it had great reviews and is in my son’s school district. I never thought we’d enjoy it here so much. The amenities are awesome. The dog park is perfect for my baby. The pool is awesome also and super clean. And they keep the complex outside very clean and maintained also. I unfortunately forgot her name but I believe she’s the groundskeeper. She’s always out doing something and is so friendly. Also Maintenance doesn’t make you wait or forget about you which is awesome. The office ladies are all amazing. Mirabella and Alyssa are always there for you. My son and I and now my husband who just moved in after we got married are all super happy here. Until we need 5 bedrooms I think we’re gonna stay here a long time. :) enjo

We recently moved into The Village At Apison Pike, and all of the communication has been stellar! It is clear that the staff enjoy their job. They take care of the property, making it more beautiful, with an intentional focus on community that I really enjoy and have been looking for. The clubhouse hosts game nights as well as a weekly book club, open to all residents. It is a gated community however, once you’re in the gated area, you have access to a wide variety of amenities, which makes it feel more like home than my previous living situations. The pool appears to be open year-round, so if you want to do a polar plunge ,go for it! We have even seen maintenance picking up trash and dog poop throughout the property to ensure that it is cared for appropriately. That is something our prev

We started our apartment hunt and by accident came upon The Village at Apison Pike. We were impressed. Mirabella showed us around and as she did it became a top contender!. We were so appreciative ofhow attentive she was to help us. She considered our needs and kept us updated when an apartment came along. Other apartment complexes never even called us back but Mirabella was always considerate, accessible and so very helpful! We’ve been here almost a month now and have found the apartments to be just what we need. We are so grateful for Mirabella and all the time she gave us as we transitioned into apartment life. The apartments are a smoke free property and everything is updated and in great condition! Thank you Mirabella for all you did to help us find our new home!

I toured with Mirabella at The Village recently and she was an absolute pleasure! She was very knowledgeable and you can tell from spending time with her that she loves what she does. The apartments are updated, the amenities are beautiful & the landscaping is well-kept. I didn’t end up leasing here because it was further away from work than I preferred, but I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to the Collegedale neighborhood!

Highly recommend this apartment complex. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance always showed up the same day and within the hour to assist with anything I needed. The Clubhouse was always clean and very spacious. Overall I enjoyed this complex immensely!
