The Village Apartments

I've been living at The Village Apartments for 4 months now and am truly enjoying the community lifestyle. The residents here are friendly and respectful toward one another, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The recent landscape updates have significantly enhanced the property's appearance, giving it a cleaner, more polished look. On the few occasions I've needed maintenance, the building manager responded promptly, coordinating efficiently with the maintenance staff. I'd especially like to commend Don Pio, the technician, who maintains the building with remarkable professionalism. For prospective residents, it's important to note that all utilities are tenant-paid, so budget accordingly. One issue worth mentioning is the main parking gate, which functioned properly for only about a month

Great space to live on! I've been living here for around 3 months and the staff is great, they have all new laundry machines, new grill area, they keep the apartments well maintain & one thing I really love about this apartments is that is Pet Friendly!! Our apartment has 9' ceilings and the rooms feel very spacious, also they just announced we are going to have nest for our a/c. The neighborhood is awesome, quiet, clean and most important secure, also if you need an extra space for parking spot, you can rent one. Overall I do recommend this place, I don't have any bad experiences with this place, only good ones.

Nice apartments with an European style and a beautiful entryway. The apartments are a decent size with tall ceilings. We got one with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (which we love, so every room has their own) plus we have a huge patio! The neighborhood is very chill, nice area with a couple of parks around and some restaurants and super markets nearby. There’s always parking in the street, which is a plus when you have visits. I have to add an UPDATE, the gate for the cars was constantly broken, so quite often it was left open and one night someone broke into my car and stole my stuff, including my spare key for the apartment and they charged me couple of hundreds just to change the key lock cylinder (not even the whole knob). The apartments themselves are pretty nice, we have a lot of outdoor space which was the selling point of this complex. The grounds are kept up nicely and we haven't had any major issues. The management has changed 4 times over the course of about 14 months and there's a lot of inconsistency there. We haven't had a problem with insect infestation, but we've definitely seen roaches in the apartment when we had different neighbors (and there are a lot of roaches/spiders/mosquitoes in the outdoor space). For the price, I would expect an in unit washer/dryer but that & inconsistent management are my only 2 complaints.

The owner doesn't pay for water. All other apartment buildings do. You will not get your whole deposit back even if you leave the unit better than when you got it. I replaced the window blinds for new ones, shampood the carpet, left everything in mint condition, and they still kept part of the deposit. I lived there for 3 years. They raise the rent constantly. Good and safe location.
