The Views At Madison

The Views at Madison has the worst management I've ever encountered as a tenant. Where do I even begin? We've lived here for about 4 years now, and have constantly struggled to have our maintenance issues fixed. When we first moved in, we had NO HOT WATER for months. I would regularly contact the office and let them know, and continually got brushed off. Finally, when I had to get the city involved with a report, Bellwether fixed the issue. This is a constant pattern where they won't fix literally anything until a report is filed with the city (which can take months to process). Currently my kitchen sink is leaking and my dryer is broken, and I've been fighting for MONTHS trying to get these things addressed. It's ridiculous. When I do speak to the maintenance people, they seem overworke
