I honestly would not recommend living here. The only positive aspect has been the sense of community, but beyond that, my experience has been very disappointing — and, most importantly, I do not feel safe. My concerns include: 1. The gate has not been working, which has resulted in my car being broken into twice. This issue still has not been resolved. 2. There are often random individuals walking around the property. I have personally witnessed someone looking into another resident’s apartment as if they were trying to get in. 3. Ongoing pest issues, including roaches and mice. 4. Lack of security cameras throughout the property — cameras appear to only be at the office, which provides little protection when incidents occur elsewhere. Under Del’s wonderful leadership, the team always treats me and others with respect and kindness that goes way beyond anything that might be needed. I truly feel like family here and it’s been that way for as long as I can remember. Maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and professionally and all the maintenance team is respectful and kind also above and beyond what’s required. BRO! I thought this place was chill cause my gf was staying in the bottom unit single bed room by the pond and it was cool and pretty but we moved to a top unit two bed room and when I tell you it was NOT it! the Cockroaches!! where EVERYWHERE!!! and we had like 3 MICE!! 3 YALL!! that’s one too many! They are on that Bull y’all!!

I moved in about a month ago and love my unit. It faces the pond and is comfortable. Shannon is wonderful. She’s friendly and communicative. Whenever I go into the leasing office, everyone knows my name and is genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because I’ve had some lingering issues since moving in. But the team is friendly and they are working to address everything. Overall I’m happy and know I made the right choice moving here.

Just a heads up that this apartment complex not only ruined my life in the three almost four years I've lived here. They have given me long lasting trauma due to neglect on maintenance, bug issues, and mold growing inside of the complex. I never once had a working AC or dish washer. I had bed bugs and roaches overtake all my personal belongings. The boss/owner dell will tell you they will do things a certain way and she'll seem so so sincere. Then follow the money no matter what the circumstances are not even once advocating for you and becoming just a demon of a woman with absolutely no empathy for the terrible conditions they're supposed to fix.
